Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. Please review our return policy below for all in-store sales:

0–5 days from invoice date
Eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment.

6–30 days from invoice date
Eligible for store credit only.

31–60 days from invoice date
Eligible for store credit, less a 25% restocking fee.

61+ days from invoice date
Final sale. No returns or exchanges accepted.

All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice/receipt and items must be in original condition.

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:

  • Items that have been modified, customized, or altered.

  • Delivery, installation, and labor fees, unless canceled before work begins.

  • Floor models or discounted/sale items (excluding design or trade discounts).

  • Certain vintage or one-of-a-kind items, which may be marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Please review carefully before purchasing, as final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Delivery Policy

If delivered items are returned or exchanged, customers are responsible for any additional delivery fees.

The full refund/exchange window begins on the date of delivery, not the invoice date.

Design Bar will provide a delivery date within 60 days of your order being complete and ready for delivery.

If delivery is not accepted within 60 days of your order being complete, all items will be considered final sale, and refund/exchange policies will no longer apply.
